Caught a glimpse, did a double-take.

Crossing the street on their way to Windward Mall in front of Long's, a clutch of kids caught my notice. One, I was sure, thought to be a rooster, or something. |
I (im)patiently waited for the green light so I could catch up to them before they found the inside of the mall's video parlor. I just had to stop & take a shot!

| When I got close enough, I saw she wasn't a rooster, rather a Proud Peacock, maybe, or just an expressive girl wanting to sport a wipe-out version of the wave (remember those?). |
